OndyPOS is point of sale and inventory management software built in Windhoek, Namibia, for bars, restaurants, bottle stores and shops. It runs in the browser on any phone, tablet or laptop and is priced in Namibian Dollars.

One plan: N$599 per month or N$6,000 per year (17% less). It includes unlimited staff, products and branches, every feature and support. There are no per-terminal or per-user fees.

By bank transfer in Namibian Dollars. After you sign up you receive the banking details and a reference; once payment is confirmed you get an activation code by email.

No long-term lock-in. Subscriptions run monthly or annually and can be cancelled at the end of the current cycle.

Yes. VAT is set once for the business and applied to every sale. The VAT report shows taxable sales and VAT collected by day and by rate, and your VAT number appears on receipts.

Cash, card, mobile money and house accounts, and a bill can be split across them. OndyPOS records payments; it does not process card payments, so you keep using your bank speedpoint.

No. OndyPOS works on the devices you have. A receipt printer is optional; receipts can also be emailed or shared as a WhatsApp link.

No. OndyPOS needs an internet connection, and a phone hotspot is enough. Each sale is saved the moment it is completed.

Owners and managers sign in with a username and password, with optional two-factor authentication. Bartenders and cashiers clock in on the shared device with a personal 4-digit PIN, which opens their shift.

A shift opens with a float. Cash sales and account payments add to the expected cash. At clock-out the staff member counts the drawer and the variance is shown and stored.

Operators need a manager PIN for voids, refunds and manual discounts. Every one is recorded with a reason in the audit log and appears in the close-of-day email.

Live stock levels, a movement ledger, stock takes with variance, wastage, transfers between branches, low-stock alerts by email, suppliers, purchase orders and receiving that updates cost prices.

Daily sales with hourly peaks, top items, staff performance and targets, category performance, profit and margin, VAT, a roll-up across branches and a close-of-day summary. Sales, sale lines and stock movements export to CSV.

Yes, branches are unlimited. Stock transfers between them, staff belong to a branch, and reports can be filtered by branch or rolled up.

Yes. House accounts have a credit limit and a running balance; sales are put on account, payments go into the drawer, and a statement can be printed.

Data is stored in a managed cloud database over encrypted connections. Logins have per-account lockout after repeated failures, optional two-factor authentication, a list of signed-in devices, and an audit log of changes.
